If you have kids at home, one thing you'll probably hear at some point during the holiday break is, "I'm bored." Printables to the rescue!
Kids can color their own Christmas cards to give to friends and family or to use as labels on gifts. What a personal touch and fun for all ages.
Or how about an exciting Christmas themed Escape Room bundle? The kids can save Christmas by completing puzzles and secret codes. Ages 10 and up are most suited for these games.

From my family to yours, Merry Christmas!
Welcome to my little craft blog. I'm so excited for family to come over and see all of the fun things I've made for Christmas this year. It's been so much fun putting things together. One of my favorites is this "Be Merry" banner designed by Gina at Gina C Creates.
Another favorite is this gift bag with a pick closure designed by Jennifer Maker. It is made entirely out of card stock, but it's sturdy (sturdier than many of my store-bought bags)!
Maybe next year I will design some cool Christmas items myself! Now on to some giggles.

Are you a procrastinator? Don't feel bad. There's been a number of years where I was shopping or wrapping presents on Christmas Eve. The good thing now is that you don't have to leave your comfy couch or bed to shop anymore! Not if you have Amazon Prime!
Standard shipping, which is free with Prime, is usually only two days, and sometimes one day, even same day! And they have almost everything! There is something for everyone on your list from kids to teens, parents, grandparents, you name it!

Hello! I wanted to show you another variation of the drawstring bags that are in my Etsy shop.
Isn't it cute? I think they all are, but I'm biased.
These bags are great for a variety of reasons. You could carry coins, small toys, office supplies, or even snacks, but better yet, you could wrap a present in these fabric gift bags. If you are like me and sometimes have trouble wrapping due to arthritis, these bags could save a lot of pain. Slip the gift inside, pull the drawstrings, add a tag, and it's ready to go under the tree in a snap.

Every year I like something unique under the tree in the way of wrapping. Last year, my rectangular gifts had red wrapping and black Santa belts with silver buckles. This year I made Santa sacks from muslin then used iron-on vinyl to decorate them.

If you know me, you know I love my granddaughters, ages 1 and 3 1/2. Obviously, Grammy and Grandpa want to spoil them this Christmas - it makes me happy- so I'm already on the look-out for toys they will love at the best prices I can find. Since Amazon is having their "Big Deal Days" on October 10 and 11, I've been keeping an eye on the toy deals.

It's been a crafty week around here, just like I like it.
First, I did a new craft: etching on slate coasters. I wasn't sure it was going to work, and I worried about the protective gear they tell you to use, but the cream didn't have an odor, and I protected my hands and eyes. I think it turned out well. I may have to try some glass etching now that I know how the process works.
I spent several hours designing 5 different "Most Likely To" humorous Christmas sayings. They will be available on short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, and mugs. It was so much fun!
I'm currently trying to design some centerpieces for a record/rock-and-roll type theme at my mom's memory care center. I found my old 45's (yes, I still have them, and albums, too), and I made a jukebox die cut. I'm not sure how I'm going to style the centerpieces. I'm not crazy about most of what I've seen on Pinterest, so if you have any clever suggestions, I'm all ears! Leave a comment and let me know if you have an idea!

It's a painted wooden round about 14 inches in diameter. It has a combination of iron-on vinyl and adhesive vinyl (the white heat transfer vinyl didn't want to adhere, but the rest of the colors did). I got everything from Amazon. Hope you like it!
