Tip:
Before pressing vinyl or sublimation designs, pre-heat your blank for a few seconds. This removes moisture and helps your transfer adhere more evenly and professionally.
Why it matters
On fabrics and some blanks, hidden moisture can cause:
- faded spots
- uneven color transfer
- ghosting
- wrinkles pressed permanently into the design
A quick 3–5 second pre-press helps flatten fibers and remove moisture before applying the transfer.
